The Challenge

Enterprise control and consumer simplicity don't share a UI

A corporate travel manager needs entitlement rules, approval workflows, centralized billing and MIS reporting across thousands of employees. A consumer booking an airport transfer just wants three taps and a confirmed driver. ECO Mobility needed both — served from the same 20,000+ vehicle fleet across 130+ Indian cities and 150+ countries — without either experience feeling like a compromise.

Our Solution

Two apps, two admin consoles, one operations backbone

We built a B2C customer app for on-demand and scheduled rentals, and a B2B corporate experience with entitlement controls, payment workflows and MIS reporting. Behind the scenes, a Super Admin console gives ECO Mobility HQ visibility across every city and vendor, while a Business Admin panel lets each corporate client manage their own employees, policies and spend.
