The Challenge

One clinic, nine machines, zero connection

Recovery centers were running TheraJet, Aqualieve, TheraVive, SolaDerm, and more as disconnected appliances — no shared client record, no unified billing, no visibility into which equipment was actually driving revenue across locations.

Every device had its own timer and price sheet — front-desk staff tracked usage on paper or spreadsheets.

Members couldn't see credits, packs, or history across visits, and partners couldn't forecast repeat usage.
